Oral Presentations and Workshops

Preparations before and during the conference:

• Please check the programme here for the day, time, and session room of your presentation.
• Prepare for a 12-minute presentation and a 5-minute discussion.
• If you are using a PowerPoint presentation, please bring it on a USB drive. Name the file with the day, time, and your name.
• Make sure to be in the session room 5 minutes before the session starts to upload your presentation.
• Please remain in the session until the end.
• A technician will be rotating between the session rooms in case you need assistance.

Information for workshop organizers:

• Please prepare the workshop according to the workshop description.
• Make sure to be in the session room 5 minutes before the session starts to make the necessary preparations.
• Workshop streaming, recording, or comparable activities are not permitted.
• A technician will be rotating between the session rooms in case you need assistance.

Technical equipment in the session halls:

• Please find pictures of the session halls and their technical equipment here: Uppsala University Main Building Info.
• The PPT format should be 16:9.
• You may bring and distribute any handouts needed for the session.

Poster presentations

If you have a poster, please find the instructions below:

• The poster stand (portrait format) has dimensions 100 x 140 cm.
• The poster should be put up on Thursday morning, 10 September, and dismounted after the afternoon coffee break on 11 September.
